Because we specialize in AI solutions, we want to be absolutely clear about how your data is handled within these systems:

  • No Training on Client Data: Unless explicitly requested and agreed upon in a Statement of Work for a custom model, we do not use your proprietary business data to train foundational AI models.
  • API Integrations: When we build solutions that utilize third-party APIs (such as OpenAI), we utilize enterprise-tier endpoints where available. By default, these providers do not use data submitted via API for model training, ensuring your data remains confidential.
  • Processing Purpose: We only process your data to the extent necessary to develop, test, and deploy the automation and AI systems you have commissioned.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information under the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud hosting providers like AWS or Google Cloud) who assist us in operating our business and delivering solutions. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
